Participants will learn …
- Skills for deepening one’s own emotional awareness and for recognizing the unmet need driving one’s own emotions and how to tend to those needs
- Self-regulation skills designed to increase communication effectiveness
- Skills for developing a greater awareness of the emotional experiences of others and how to tend to their unmet needs in order to optimize workplace performance and employee engagement
- Behaviors associated with emotional intelligence and how to increase those behaviors in one’s self as well as encourage them in others
This training will empower participants to become more understanding and thoughtful leaders who are better equipped to build high-performing teams with highly engaged team members.
